The Brief

To design and produce a memorable event with a sense of contemporary style and subtle elegance.

Provide an event that reflects the firms brand values, both directly via brand placement and indirectly via the event design, event components, format and execution.

Provide an event that is fresh and innovative and that will impress, excite and enthuse guests.

Provide an event that establishes a platform for appropriate acknowledgement of the presentation recipients, their partners and colleagues.

The MSF Solution

The stage set and room styling, including linens, overlay, chaircovers and table centrepieces reflected the brand colours and values and clearly indicated a look of subtle elegance.

Vision packages and sound scapes were designed and produced to reinforce the brand messages and deliver the presentation component of the event. They included a vision opener and signature audio sting, as well as customised vision packages for each of the presentation recipients that was both insightful and entertaining but with an underlying message that reflected the culture and attributes of the brand.

The venue was a key component of the platform to deliver the appropriate outcomes and MSF provided venue consultancy, food and beverage management and venue liaison.

Entertainment was not forgotten and over the years MSF has provided a myriad of live performances including bands and feature artists.

After the completion of formalities guests could chat and network in a relaxed chill environment styled with ottomans, candles and soft furnishings.

MSF supplied the table and room styling, all technical and production as well as designing the various AV packages for the events.

The Outcome

The partners, their colleagues and guests were impressed by the refreshing new format that was clever, entertaining and reflective of the firm’s brand values. A consistent look and feel was reflected across all components of the event.
